The above work rates are depending upon the quantity, time, and elevation design drawing. Electricity & Water providing by Property owner.

As per 3D Elevation if any kind of Stone cladding, Shera plank, MS Bar in Compound wall, Compound wall arch additional costing approx.50k.

(Optional if required) Gas pipeline connection: approx. 20k
(Optional if required) As per 3D Main entrance Mattel gates: approx. 35k

1. The above work would be completed within 10 months + 2 months Grace period from the date of commencement of work at site.
2. The above Quote is Exclusive of all the taxes (GST). If Government changes the taxes or GST, Then there will be changes in the agreement.
3. Taxes are considered as of date however taxes prevailing on the date of billing are if applicable.
4. The cheque / RTGS have to be drawn in favor of "SOUTH EAST PROPERTY LLP/ THE URBAN CONSTRUCTION"
5. Any changes in design / dimensions would lead to change in quotation.
6. If any plumbing or electrical work will be extra, after the agreement there will be extra charges. (If There is any major work)
7. Rectification and maintenance period will be for 1 Year.
8. The Above quotation will be valid for 30 days.

Our role doesn’t end even after the home is delivered to you. Even though we build your homes with top notch quality and technology, it might require some maintenance after a while. Therefore, we give a 15-year warranty on structure, 1 year warranty on seepage and a 6 months general warranty and free labour home maintenance the 3 months.

"It shall be the endeavor of the company, in right earnest, to build as per the above specifications. However, the company reserves the right to carry out any changes, either in the material used or in provision of the facilities & amenities, due to reasons of non-availability or availability of better materials or due to practical constraints or problems. In any event, the vendor shall ensure that any addition deletion, substitution or amendment in the items mentioned above, the PURCHASER shall not stand to lose."
