My house contracted during COVID time so Builder (Raghuveer) itself took whole responsibility and completed the house on time. All the requirement fulfilled without any delay and additional charges. Builder was continued the construction and facilities if payment/installment delayed as well Overall its nice experience.

I planned to construct my plot in Odion the woods of East layout. I initially had different contractor (my friend) and about to finalise the same. We heard about ‘The Urban Construction’ and started exploring. Mr.Raghuveer and Mr. Yasir presented their work in the same layout. They were so friendly and made us comfortable with their work. Mr. Rahuveer listened to our requirements and provided the competitive quotation with greater quality. The whole journey with them is awesome and they were helpful to provide detailed information. Lot of times, we went with some ambitious design which we get it from the internet. They always listened to us and explained the pros and cons of every requirement and leave the decision to us. They were with us in every stage of the construction and also the post construction. I would say we had more personal connect than the business connect. We also went to them for our interiors and they did a great job on that as well. Overall we are really happy and satisfied with their work and services. They do have their site engineers who were always on top of all our requests and get the issues addressed promptly. The timelines were little delayed due to some constraint on the layout timings. Otherwise, they were on time on their committments. I would strongly recommend them for your dream house.
